My story - Who is Josef Pulgret?
No one is born an expert. Behind calm under pressure are years of practice, situations that couldn't be planned, and decisions that had to be made in a split second. This is how I got into personal protection and why I do it the way I do it.

Where did it begin?
From discipline to responsibility
I grew up in an environment where people spoke up. I learned early on that true strength isn't in being the loudest person in the room - it's in being able to stay calm when others are losing their minds.
My early experiences with security taught me that most problems can be solved before they even happen. You just have to see them coming. That idea has never left me.
Why personal protection?
There was one situation after which I knew I wanted to do this to the fullest. Not because of the adrenaline - quite the opposite. Because of the feeling that thanks to your preparation someone got through a dangerous moment without even realizing there was one.
It was then that I realized that the best protection is invisible. That success is not determined by the intervention, but by the silence that remains after it.
And the man behind it all
Outside of work, I'm just like anyone else - I have a family, hobbies, and I like to clear my head every now and then. Maybe that's why I know how important it is for the people I protect to be able to live their lives without fear. That's all. There's nothing more to it.
